Well 24hrs on and the half marathon in leeds is taking its toll , my legs are very sore and im aching from head to foot but other than that it was a real success i ran a personal best which was not intended and it didnt seem that hard either apart from the rain so now i have another target to beat 1:53:41
only problem was that shaky legs led me to macdonalds for lunch straight afterwards but i dont think i could have gone much further without something to eat
so here i go again back on the straight and narrow ,i weighed 12st11lbs last night and
think im gonna avoid the scales for 2 weeks and try give myself a chance, as i really seem to be pressurising myself ,not sure why though its all second nature ive been at it for so long just wish i knew why the wheels have fallen off recently?!?!
