A reasonable weekend on the flab front!
Well i usually struggle like hell at the weekend and fail myself miserably but this weekend seemed a different matter
i did eat things that i shouldnt but they were all accounted for in my daily points so im hopeful of a good weigh in on tuesday but all could change before then as i have 2 runs penciled in before weigh in and they can throw my weight all over the place!
exercise over the weekend was limited i missed my 4 mile speed session on friday pm as i didnt feel right saturday i managed some fairly intense cross training but was left feeling very tired and missed my long run on sunday but i will do that long run today so nothing lost really just some rest days gained!
