Tuesday again!
Well tuesday has come round very quick this week and weigh in it is, ill be going to ww so not looking forward to it 2 weeks since last visit and theyve been the worst two out of the last 12 so really doubting myself feel as fat as butter and convinced i must have put on but fingers crossed and we'll see!!
did a cross training session last night which was 30 mins on eliptical and 15 on bike felt good but i dont think itll have saved my ass!
will plod later tonight 3 miles ish at a gentle speed then longer run tomorrow at mara pace
be good n keep pointing
