Club run
Monday was a rest day so i did just that , although my legs were suprisingly pain free on monday after sundays race, i was dog tired so did nothing!
Tuesday night i went to the club for interval training did a warm up of about 2 miles followde by 3 x 1/2 mile efforts at 10k pace off 2 mins rest followed by a 2 mile warm down a real good session but cold and slippy!
the numbers 5.5 miles in 54.49 inc +/-8 mins rest
Diet still in freefall but trying to maintain current weight
