tired still
i reckon im either coming down with something or the speed session on tueday took a lot more out of me than i imagined cos im shattered i really am physically done in!
i headed out last night for a recovery run just 3 miles but it was hard work as im so done in
off to club tonight so ill see how i fare if theres no improvement ill take friday and saturday off i think
diet was going well until i fell foul to a twix last night but it was the only slip up in 48hrs so thats good?
