busy/poorly few days!!

since the last post ive been hellish busy
went to club on thursday night had a cracking run was still just managing to stay with the quick group they threw in some real quick miles (sub 8) which took there toll in the last mile so even though i stayed with them the last mile was v hard!!
Friday was a blur really busy at work never stopped friday evening was similar trying to sort everybody out for our respective hen/stag do's on saturday (friday was a rest day due to very sore legs after thursdays club run) so friday came and went
saturday decided on an 8 mile lsr which had to be one of the hardest i have ever done the combination of tired legs and very strong wind made a reasonable run feel like the last 8 of a marathon!!
saturday afternoon/pm was my stag do! i drank far too much fell over in the bowling alley fell asleep in the pub threw what little i managed to eat of my meal back up darnk some more and suffered all day yesterday so all in all a good one!!!
back to the serious matter of training and eating well this week
im going to go to both club runs this week and do a 10k race on sunday i intend to eat very well too not that i have a choice today as my stomach is still suffering from saturdays events!!!
