Tuesday Club run tonight

Well yesterdays rest day turned out to be 25 mins on the exercise bike so not too bad i also ate kinda well yesterday apart from the slab of wedding cake i had with my tea last evening!!
today i have behaved but it will be hard as i have club run tonight and that means late dinner and i have to slip a snack in there some where which adds to the points up but if i dont have something i tend to blow up before the end of the session!

also been thinking hard about where i wanna be with my weight and my running

the weight thing is easy
i want to get to 10st10lb and maintain it
the running is more difficult i want to run and i want to race but after 2007 im not sure i will run marathons its such a big chunk of your life whilst your training that as my career and life progress im not sure ill be able to commit to it
anyway there only thoughts for now

no rules anywhere saying you have to do marafuns to be a runner
no reason whatsoever that you can't aim for a stonking half or 10m or even 10k time before you consider upping the distance.
Personally I won't be doing a marafun for a while cos it is far to time consuming at my pace and unfair on the family so I'm doing short runs for now and getting faster (and thinner so hopefully faster just by losing weight!) then when I am at a pace I am happy with i will start to go longer!
fruit cake is lush!
