oh so tired!!!
Well off i went to the club last night and took part in my first group speed session which consisted off a 1-2-3-2-1 pyramid with rest to match i started off too fast and couldnt maintain my speed for the last couple of reps but you live and learn i guess
so total of 5.2 miles including speed session in 45.27 av 8.44/mile so good run but again im paying for it a little today as my legs are very tender!
diet has gone well last 24 hrs so feeling pretty good
but im so tired its unbelivable!!
