Club run
Well im heading back to the club tonight after almost a 4 week absence so ill plod along with the slower group tonight and take it easy and then get back to the fast group next week
i really need to get back in a routine of running 4-5 times a week and eating well as in the last 4 weeks ive gained 10 pounds and the way im going ive got no chance of shifting the excess cos i cant get in a routine the dark nights have thrown me totally and work has been hectic
so i have been goal setting
and besides running 2 marathons
i want to get my weight down to 10st10lb and compared to this i think running 2 marathons will be easy!!!!
but i will try hard until xmas and no dought gain a couple of pounds then and then fresh start in the new year and run lochaber at 10st10lb
