thursday
Well Thursday was a hell of a day i started work at 530 did 2 hrs on site then travelled to our second site a nice 2 hr drive and spent the day working on and trialing a new installation i really enjoyed it but this had 2 down sides
1. i did too much and my knee is sore as hell!!
2. i was taken out for lunch which was not good (shepards pie lots of veg and new pots)
the work there ended at 5pm and the drive back was a mare so got home at 7 ish and i was shattered filthy and starving!!
so due to time and the fact i couldnt be arsed i had a chinese and deserve a severe kick up the arse!!!
but hey ho back to it today
Consultant app. this afternoon so hopefully answer some questions about when i can start to do a little more.

update
well ive been to consultant appointment and i have mixed feelings at the outcome i was hoping to come away with the answer i wanted ie 'of course you can start to run'
but came away with 'you can cross train a little slowly and carefully and then add some gentle running in 2 weeks'
so not all bad news but i am disappointed
but i must not be tempted to do too much too quick or i guess i could be out for longer
so off i go for a gentle 10 min session on the cross trainer

no SNG that's GOOD news!
It means you can start doing stuff and maybe work on the stuff we normally forget like stretches and core stability
Just take it easy as you come back!
