disappointed but not suprised
Well ww weigh in last night was much as expected i put on 2.5 lbs but as i said i usually run 6-9 miles on a tuesday before weigh in and that must really make a difference hydration wise etc
so i havent taken it too badly i will just stay focused and knuckle down for another 7 days
Knee feeling ok ive walked twice today about 2 miles in total and felt ok bit iffy if i extend my stride but not bad at all

oh the exercise before you weigh trick and have no drink to???

I suppose you could say that although 2.5lb sounds bad it reflects your true weight more if you are always dehydrated when you weigh in?? That sounds nasty! Wasn't meant to be!
Anyway the main issue now is fixing the knee and getting you make out on the road!

i do usually drink but i cant imagine i replace enough fluid in the space of the few mins before i go to wibbleys!
