posotive today

well im feeling much more positive today i went for physio this morning and it was all good news as far as im concerned
i was given the go ahead to increase the cross trainer to 20 mins CAREFULLY and also a list of exercises that will hopefully stregthen my quad to support the knee and i must do this every day and go back next week with a view to running a little on the treadmill and then onto grass a s a p

missed cross training session yesterday but will do it today and a decent walk with the dog and my new exercises so busy evening ahead

diet ok yesterday syayed in points even with a nice glass of wine in the evening
so far today has gone ok too but tomorrow may be slighly different as im out for lunch with boss tomorrow and thats lethal!!!

be good and keep counting
