sunday long run.......
Well i tried a different tack on sunday and headed out for my long (ish) run straight out of bed no breakfast just a small drink of water
i was trying to replicate the last few miles of a marathon and i felt it worked the 2nd half of my run was difficult but i managed to maintain a sub 10 min/mile pace so i learned something and hopefully i forced my body into using some fat for energy as apposed to carbs
today i will rest and tomorro will be a club run
cant wait these days off are no good to me !!
