Nothing to report........
well the week has been fairly trouble free after the weekends marathon ive had some pain in my right foot but i think it has just been a bit bruised as with the other longish races ive done this year
ive only run once at the club on thursday which was a little longer than id planned on but it felt good until 6 miles at which point it felt like i was running through treacle!!!
but as i say nothing to report really plan is as follows-
rest today
8 miles sunday
rest monday
club run tuesday
rest wednesday
club run thursday
rest friday and saturday
fountains 10k sunday followed by 4ish miles locally
on the diet front i have had a good few days and will continue to try hard to loose a little before blackpool as im lead to beleive that weight can have a big effect on times up to 4 secs per mile??
anyway off now
