Still no will power-lunchtime day 1 20.04.06
well i guess something in me must be broken , i told myself no and then i told myself no again and then only seconds later i tucked in to the chocolates that sensible people got for easter and brought in to work for the rest of us to share.
Why cant i say no and mean it how bizzare i managed to say no for a couple of years but i seem to have lost the knack !!!!!!
but thats it gotta sort it out

too late to fix it now, it's happened. Put it behind you and forget about it (yeah just like me!!)
Now when you are on RW next pop into For Me ... on Beginners as we're all trying to lose weight on there!
