What self control????

WELL THANK GOD ITS OVER!!
Easter has been a real problem - chocolate , beer , nibbles etc Ive made a complete pig of myself and i feel totally crap about it but why cant i stop myself no one held my nose and forced me to eat i just let myself go and then it spirals and i cant stop it.

so today its head down and back to it proper fashion , combined with a 7 mile fartlek that should do the trick (i hope) , so heres to a good week dieting and Running
